Deadlines for carrying out orders

Dear Customers

Considering the annual increased number of orders during the period which precedes Christmas, we would like to inform you that the standard delivery times may be extended.

We do not guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders placed after November 26, 2019.

 

1. Shipping deadlines with the guarantee of delivery by Christmas:

Pallet shipments:

  • International shipment - by 12 December 2019  

Packs (samples, models):

  • International shipment - by 18 December 2019

The above-mentioned deadlines are set based on the statistical number of orders and their volumes. Significant deviations from these targets may result in changes in deadlines and limitation of volumes.
