Your budget for promotion

Sign up at www.maxim.com.pl and check your budget you can use for samples and catalogues in 2012. At any time after logging on www.maxim.com.pl in "your profile" you can preview the current state of available resources and history of previous changes.

Terms of budgeting:

- The budget is assigned to the company signed up at www.maxim.com.pl
- The budget is assigned twice a year: in early January and early July on the basis of a turnover from the previous 6 months (under consideration are not taken orders for goods without printing).
- In both periods of time, the budget has to be used for a period of six months i.e. the budget assigned in January 1st, calculated on the basis of turnover generated in the previous year (July -December) is valid from January 1st to June 30th. Budget assigned July 1st is calculated on the basis of a turnover generated in the same year (January - July) is valid from 1st of July to 31st of December.
- The budget not being utilized in the period of 6 months, does not go for the next 6 months.
- The value of the assigned budget is calculated each time on the basis of the percentage range of the turnover from the last 6 months.

- The value of the assigned budget is calculated each time on the basis of the percentage range of the last 6 months turnover.
- The budget is to be used exclusively for samples (only with imprint) and catalogues (not for shipping).
- The value of each sample (deducted from the budget) is the price of the product from the price-list for the final customer before discount.
- Maxim reserves the right to block the budget in case of delays in current payments.
- The current budget, and the history of previous actions are available in "Your Profile" after logging on www.maxim.com.pl
